Your inbox contains mail sent to you. You can open a mail item by clicking on the subject for that item.
If you want to update the page to show mail received since you opened the inbox, or if you want to process changes and remain in the inbox, click
. When you are done working with the inbox, click
to process changes, close the inbox, and return to the main menu. You must close your inbox before moving on to other VM:Webserver for OfficeVision functions.
If you open multiple instances of your inbox, VM:Webserver for OfficeVision processes only the first changes you submit. You will lose all changes made to the inbox in other open sessions.

| Accept delegate actions | Only appears if a user you delegated through OfficeVision/VM to manage your mail has suggested Keep, Delete, or Save to Folder actions for mail items. Mail items acted upon by a delegate are preceded by a checkbox. The default (checked or unchecked) for all checkboxes is taken from your OfficeVision/VM configuration. |

| Type | Acklmnt is a note you can receive in response to mail you send. If you choose the Request Acknowledgement option when you send a note to an OfficeVision/VM user, you receive an acknowledgement when the user opens the note. Error is a note informing you of an error that has occurred. Meeting is a meeting notice informing you of a meeting that has been scheduled. Note is a note sent by the user listed in the From column. Reserve is a reservation notice for a conference room in which a meeting has been scheduled. Warning is a note informing you of a warning condition that has occurred. |
| Date and Time | Date and time the mail item was sent to you. |
Keep Delete Save to Folder | Keeps the mail item in your inbox. Removes the mail item from your inbox. Saves the mail item into the mail folder you specify, then removes the item from your inbox. You can specify the CMS filename of an existing folder or you can create a folder by specifying a CMS filename that does not exist. |
| Subject | Summary of the information in the mail item. The subject was specified in the Subject field of the mail item when it was written. |
