When you are in a nickname file, you can add nicknames to the file, modify or delete existing nicknames in the file, or modify control information.
If you want to process changes and keep working with the file, click . If you are done working with the file, click
to process changes, close the file, and return to the Nickname Files page. You must close the nickname file before moving on to other VM:Webserver for OfficeVision functions.
If you open multiple instances of a nickname file, VM:Webserver for OfficeVision processes only the first changes you submit. You will lose all changes made to the nickname file in other open sessions.
The nicknames listed on this page include nicknames you cannot update through VM:Webserver for OfficeVision. These nicknames were created and are maintained through the OfficeVision Enhanced Mail Addressing (OEMA) PRPQ.

If any of the four fields is blank, VM:Webserver for OfficeVision checks the corresponding field in each of the alternate nickname files that follow and displays the first text it finds. If any of the four fields contains the value )))), VM:Webserver for OfficeVision does not include any text for that field. If the word "Subject:" appears on the fourth line of the greeting, do not type over it. If you do, the subject of notes will appear as "NO SUBJECT" to the recipient. You can, however, type additional information after the word "Subject." You can change that information before you send the note. |
