After you specify the time, dates, and attendees for a meeting on the Schedule a Meeting page, you must send a meeting notice to the attendees.
If you specified one or more locations for the meeting on the Schedule a Meeting page, VM:Webserver for OfficeVision also automatically sends conference room reservation notices to the user configured in OfficeVision/VM to receive such notices, or to you if no such user is configured.
VM:Webserver for OfficeVision sends all notices to users' inboxes.
| Outgoing Folder | Mail folder in which to store your copy of the meeting notice. Only appears if note logging is enabled in your OfficeVision/VM configuration. The default filename is taken from your OfficeVision/VM configuration. If you do not want to store the notice, blank out this field. |

If you specified more than two locations on that page, the additional locations are listed in this field as well. You can send a meeting notice to a total of 150 locations, people, and equipment. If you enter the name of a distribution list, VM:Webserver for OfficeVision counts each name in the list toward the total. |

For example, you scheduled the meeting in CONF222, but you want to change the text that appears here to say Conference Room 222 (Board Room).
