This page lists the periods of available time for the locations and attendees you specified on the Schedule a Meeting page.
| Day and Date | Days on which VM:Webserver for OfficeVision found all locations and attendees you specified on the Schedule a Meeting page to be available. |
| From and To | Periods of time that VM:Webserver for OfficeVision found the specified location and all attendees to be available. These periods are at least as long as the period you requested on the Schedule a Meeting page. |
| Start and End | Times you want the meeting to start and end. The default for the Start field is the time in the From column. The default for the End field is the time in the To column. |
