You can reply to any meeting notice you received in your inbox or saved in a mail folder. You can use this function to forward a meeting notice to other users. If you send the notice to an OfficeVision/VM userid (rather than an Internet userid), the user can add the meeting described in the meeting notice to their schedule or the meeting described in the reservation notice to the conference room schedule by clicking Add to schedule on the View Meeting Notice page.

Fields

Outgoing Folder Mail folder in which to store a copy of the outgoing reply. Only appears if note logging is enabled in your OfficeVision/VM configuration. You can specify the CMS filename of an existing folder or you can create a folder by specifying a CMS filename that does not exist. The default filename is taken from your OfficeVision/VM configuration. If you do not want to store the reply, blank out this field.
Request Acknowledgement Indicates whether VM:Webserver for OfficeVision is to inform you when each addressee opens the reply by sending an acknowledgement note to your inbox.
To Names of people to whom you want to send the reply. The default is the userid that sent the original meeting notice. You can forward the meeting notice to other users by specifying additional or different addressees. Separate names from each other with a space.
cc Names of people to whom you want to send a courtesy copy of the reply. Separate names from each other with a space.
From Your name. The default is taken from your OfficeVision/VM configuration.
Subject Summary of the information in the reply. The default is taken from the Subject field in the original note.
Text Body of the note. In addition to text, this field accepts OfficeVision/VM dot commands and the .ddn command.
Notice All information concerning the meeting, as specified by the user who sent the notice.
Signature Closing text for the reply. The default is taken from your OfficeVision/VM configuration.
