| Request Acknowledgement | Indicates whether VM:Webserver for OfficeVision is to inform you when each addressee opens the reply by sending an acknowledgement note to your inbox. |
| To | Names of people to whom you want to send the reply. The default is the userid that sent the original meeting notice. You can forward the meeting notice to other users by specifying additional or different addressees. Separate names from each other with a space. |
| cc | Names of people to whom you want to send a courtesy copy of the reply. Separate names from each other with a space. |
| From | Your name. The default is taken from your OfficeVision/VM configuration. |
| Subject | Summary of the information in the reply. The default is taken from the Subject field in the original note. |
| Text | Body of the note. In addition to text, this field accepts OfficeVision/VM dot commands and the .ddn command. |
| Notice | All information concerning the meeting, as specified by the user who sent the notice. |
| Signature | Closing text for the reply. The default is taken from your OfficeVision/VM configuration. |
